This is a dump of all wonderous item ideas I come up with. This will probably be moved elsewhere and organised at some point.
Relics are items that do not need to be equipped for their effects to be used. They can be activated at will provided the character has the relic on their person.
Once per day, give yourself an additional 20 AP for one turn.
Once per day, become intangible for 12 seconds.
Gain 30 AP. Roll a d12 and on a 1, be in pain.
Passive Relics are items which do not need to be equiped and trigger automatically. So long as they are held (and possible after they have been held) their effects will trigger automatically whenever a condition is met (or just constantly in some cases).
Whenever you are below 50% health on your chest or head, double your strength.
Whenever applying the poison debuff to a target, apply 1 extra poison.
Negate the first damage you would have taken directly to health each day.
Innate ability to recognise mimics of all kinds with 100% accuracy.
Deal triple damage to all targets. Triple all damage received.
Every 4th turn gain an extra 20AP. Roll at the start of combat to determine where in this cycle the combat has started.
+30 Maximum AP. Take -1 to all rolls.
Whenever attacking a creature that is more than 2 levels above you, treat your strength as 2 higher than it is.
Whenever you make an attack, a manoeuvre and change stance in one turn, remove all of your temporary debuffs.
The first attack performed each turn which costs 20 or more AP is repeated for free.
