The following is a tool to use for creating custom spells. It takes in a markup language and will output a spell diagram and the function of the spell (if the spell is valid). It will calculate the MP cost and the PV of the spell, also.
Currently, the tool is not yet made. Once it is made, it will be available here in a web version and as a downloadable windows forms app, which will allow for the GM to customise things.
